The VHA Innovation Experience is returning this month, showcasing how the Veterans Health Administration is using innovation, partnership, and technology to change and save lives.

iEx 2020 will be highlighted by keynote speaker Mark Johnson, co-founder of innovation consulting company Innosight.

Veterans groups, govt brace for surge in mental health needs

Johnson, a Navy veteran and author, co-founded Innosight with Harvard Business School professor Clayton M. Christensen in 2000. He will discuss how innovators throughout VHA can turn their visionary thinking into reality and innovate for the long-term future, impacting veteran health care for years to come. He will also discuss how disruptive change does not need to be a threat – it can become a tremendous opportunity for growth.

Virtual attendees will be able to engage in the innovation taking place in VHA through a myriad of presentations and events – even visiting virtual event booths. While the virtual platform may be different from previous years, the event includes:

  • iEX  talks and demonstrations
  • 2020 VHA Shark Tank competition
  • Discussion panels
  • Virtual exhibits
  • Keynotes from industry leaders

The event will be broadcast virtually from the National Press Club Oct. 27-29. You can register for the event here.
