A 71-year-old woman was arrested over the weekend after she was caught on camera assaulting two soldiers, one of which is pregnant.

A video shows the incident between Judy Tucker and two U.S. Army soldiers at a Cheddars restaurant in Macon, Georgia, Saturday night, and shows Tucker and her son calling the two soldiers “black lesbian bitches.”

According to a Bibb County Sheriff’s report, Tucker told police that the the altercation began over an issue of race. The two service members, Stephanie Mitchell and Treasure Sharpe, are black. Tucker was released a few hours after her arrest on $650 bail.

From the video shot inside the restaurant, Tucker can be heard saying “You were getting in our way when we were trying to park.”

When Tucker saw Sharpe was recording her, Tucker lunged in an effort to take the phone away. “Don’t you take a picture of me,” said Tucker,“you do not have the right to take a picture of me!”

“I’m pregnant. Look at me, I’m pregnant. You’re pushing a pregnant lady,” Sharpe said back.

The video shows Mitchell had tried to stem the attack on Sharpe. The incident report calls Tucker the “primary aggressor.”

Darden Restaurants, the company that owns Cheddars, said they were “appalled by the behavior of the individuals who confronted the two female service members,” and that “such behavior flies in the face of our values.”

They added that Tucker and her son are “no longer welcome in our restaurant.”
